Victoria joined DLG in 2017 as Associate Director in the London studio, and was made Partner in 2020. She has worked across the UK on a number of challenging and award-winning projects in design-led studios in Scotland and London. She is passionate about forging successful and collaborative relationships and feels strongly that engagement and respect yield the best results.

Her particular experience is in mixed-use projects, where several uses need to be accommodated on complex and mutli-purpose urban sites.

Shortlisted in 2008 for a Royal Institute of British Architects President’s Medal and in 2018 for the RIBA’s Rising Star Award, Victoria has been involved with organisations focused upon education, diversity and inclusion for over 15 years and has a keen interest in the profession’s social responsibilities. She has spoken publicly in the UK and internationally on the opportunities within the profession to create spaces of equality. She was a juror for the 2020 Norman Foster Travelling Scholarship prize, a judge for the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Wren Scholarship and is a Professional Studies (RIBA Part 3) examiner at the University of Westminster.

Victoria is Fitwel Ambassador and a qualified WELL Standard Accredited Professional (WELL AP) in order to provide our clients valuable advice and guidance on how the design of their buildings and environments can support phsyical and mental health, boost productivity and enhance asset value.
