Whilst the practice has been expading generally this year, we’re delighted our cohort of home-grown architects has increased again.
Joel Cowling, in our Leeds studio, successfully passed his RIBA North West Part III and joins the ranks of our other qualified architects. Joel’s been working on a range of complex projects at key stages, leading tender information and construction packages on projects such as the Core, re-poisitioning the retail asset at the top of Leeds’ Headrow to provide a range of leisure uses. He is currently also working on the detailed design of our project at the Swan Hotel, Lake Windermere – an exciting scheme providing a top-class spa, new refreshment suite and accommodation wing. You can read more about this project here.
Like all Part III candidates during lockdown, Joel had his Part III interview via Microsoft Teams and said the arrangement worked well! The months spent working remotely liaising with his colleagues in other teams online clearly paid off.
Congratulations from us all, Joel, and we look forward to this next stage in your career!
