Part demolition and extension of this Grade ll listed office building has provided Travelodge with a hotel on a prime spot on London’s Grays Inn Road.  Lightweight modular construction allowed space over an underground train line to be utilised, and bathroom pods were inserted to provide modern facilities in the historic building.
