The refurbishment of this much loved Leeds landmark was undertaken in 2014 in preparation for a range of leisure uses. The building unfortunately suffered an arson attack in 2016 and we worked with the Client and loss adjusters making the building safe and developed the tender package for the rebuild. Alongside the rebuild scheme, various concept designs for alternative office uses were developed which are now being brought forward in the near future.
