The second phase of our transformational regeneration of Quarry Hill, SOYO Mercer West and Madison East is now complete.

Providing 331 build-to-rent (BTR) apartments across two tower blocks, Mercer West and Madison East complete the family of BTR buildings which started with their neighbour, the multi-award winning New York Square, in 2022.

Mercer West & Madison East offer exceptional quality city living and amenities, including resident lounge areas and a gym. This vibrant community exemplifies the collaboration of responsible investing and superior service delivery.
