A classic Grade ll* listed former residential building has been restored and substantially extended to provide modern office accommodation and reception rooms for the fund.  Integrating new services into the listed building fabric required detailed negotiation with the conservation officer. Approvals and completion of the works were all achieved in a short programme – whilst the fund occupied temporary offices nearby.
