Story
Working for Landsec, the owners of this prominent outlet centre in Hatfield, we developed concept proposals for a successful marketing exercise to prospective tenants. We later delivered on site the amalgamation of smaller retail units into a single large unit
anchor unit adjacent to one of the centre’s entrances. It is now operating as a successful gym and delivering additional footfall to the centre.
