This existing building in a prominent location in central Manchester has been comprehensively refurbished to provide outstanding new hotel accommodation. 

Delivered for global brand Marriott, the building has been adapted for use as an extended-stay hotel format. Extensive works to the facade and floorplates provide 155 new rooms, commercial space at ground floor and a valuable central atrium courtyard as an extension of the food & beverage offer. 

The project completed in 2023, and has received widespread industry and customer acclaim.
