Granted Planning  in 2023, DLG Architects have been appointed to review the design and undertake a number of changes to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals for a renewed Planning Consent.  

The project now includes a second escape stair, following the introduction of the new Building Safety Act, and efficiently-planned floorplates to provide high-quality apartment accommodation, many with private terraces and far-reaching views across Leeds.  

The completed tower will enhance the rapidly evolving SouthSide of Leeds, with neighbouring developments coming forward such as DLG’s Sweet Street West masterplan transforming this key regeneration district within the city.
