DLG Architects worked meticulously with the client in order to achieve their specific design requirements, with the necessity for a sensitive and confidential building use. DLG undertook creative space planning and a full comprehensive refurbishment of the Clients existing building and data centre.

Additionally, we created a new ‘high-bay’ industrial storage facility with 4 fully compliant dock loading facilities. The new warehousing and storage was required to achieve a specific amount of racking storage to suit the client’s facilities. DLG also worked sensitively and closely with the design team to ensure that the construction works would take place whilst the Client’s business maintained in full operation on site, to subsequently move the staff to the new facilities.
