The DLG team has enjoyed more than 20 years of partnership with this retail centre, allowing us an exciting opportunity to handle the long-term evolution of a site and its spaces. Our projects here have included the creation of a major new mall extension, anchored by a three-storey M&S and multi-storey car park and more recently, work on the award-winning ‘The Venue’ – a hub of new restaurants and a new community hall. We have recently also designed new stores for TK Maxx and New Look on the same site.

Our work here continues with a recent application for six large, two-storey retail units and additional car parking in order to meet the demands of other retailers who cannot currently be accommodated. The new additions will play a vital role in allowing the centre to continue to meet the needs of the local and wider community.
