Story

Grosvenor Hall is a late 19th Century Neo-Gothic former Convent which as seen it have several different uses over the years, including as an orphanage and, since 1980, as offices.

This project, led by our Senior Conservation Architect Helen Roach, illustrates the practices skill and expertise in this sector. Helen led the team unlocking the potential of the Hall and converting it into 8 luxury houses, each house is unique in the way they use the spaces and incorporate the heritage assets within the overall design. Set in nine acres of landscaped gardens, a further 3 new-build large detached houses have been built in the grounds of the Hall, with space for more houses in the next phase.
