DLG were appointed to design the expansion of a new 33,000 square foot extension to an existing factory, warehouse and distribution facility in Wolverhampton. This project continues the practice’s work in this sector with the key being our provision of an efficient, uncomplicated solution to the client’s needs.

The building is designed to have a higher quality feel than the normal ‘industrial shed’ and as such features timber on some of the elevations to present arriving visitors with a ‘clean’ façade. Existing site constraints such as mine shafts meant the design team had to apply special consideration to deliver a successful project.
