Retail is now much more than just shops, and this scheme for London and Regional is a great example of where we were able to integrate a leisure scheme including a 5 screen cinema and several restaurants into this challenging site which is surround by listed buildings and with Rights of lights to be respected. Planning was achieved in 2014 and included provision for the new restaurants along with improved access and Public realm. An upgrade of existing shops, provision of new restaurant units and improved access and public realm give the centre an opportunity to thrive at the heart of Stratford.
