In July, the team celebrated the topping-out of the first two buildings at SOYO. Blocks E & F – to be known as New York Square – will provide 515 units for Build to Rent operator Moda Living.

To celebrate, the Caddick team invited Leeds Conservatoire band, Talkboy, to play on the roof! Check out the video to see the stunning views over the whole SOYO site and the progress so far.
