In the Development of the Year category, we are shortlisted for Mercer West & Madison East, the second phase of our SOYO Leeds masterplan for Caddick Developments and hot on the heels of its multi-award winning sibling, Moda New York Square. The project was delivered in partnership with Caddick Construction Limited, Tate Consulting, Curtins, re-form Landscape Architecture Ltd, Ridge and Partners LLP, No Chinz and Sanderson Associates Consulting Engineers
