We are absolutely thrilled to be shortlisted for both Housing Project of the Year and Architectural Practice of the Year at Building Magazine’s annual national awards.

This rounds off an outstanding year of achievement, and regional and local recogition for the practice.

Moda New York Square is a finalist in Housing Project of the Year; our recently completed, multi-award winning scheme for Moda and Caddick Construction deivers over 515 exceptional new homes as part of a wider DLG-designed masterplan. The project is designated ‘the healthiest place to live in Leeds‘ after achieving a 3-star Fitwel rating. The next phase – Blocks B&C of the SOYO masterplan – are on site currently.

We are also finalists in the Architectural Practice of the Year category – testament to the Practice’s continual gowth and project pipeline, with a significant workload of exciting and landmark projects across London & the south east, Yorkshire and the whole of the UK. We hope this recognition also nods to our ongoing investment in our team, in new skillsets and expertise in wellbeing design, virtual environment testing and carbon reduction modelling.

Fingers crossed for the event in London on the 7th of November!
