Following the appointment of DLG Architects at RIBA Stage 3, we worked closely with the Contractor and the Development Team to prepare detailed design and construction drawings for a new 100-apartment residential scheme on Oldham Street in Manchester’s expanding Northern Quarter.

The project includes the construction of two high quality residential blocks, varying in scale and height, in response to the massing of the adjacent properties. Both buildings are to contain commercial units at ground level to integrate with the existing streetscape and the development offers residents 4 roof terraces.
