Here new unit shops and restaurant facilities have expanded the retail offer to reflect Corby’s increasing importance in the region.  Willow Place is a shopping quarter with its own identity and strong pedestrian links to the town centre reinforced by a new architecture and anchor units. A new landmark building identifies the development and the gateway to the town centre.
