One of several projects DLG are developing for church landowner London City Mission, this site in Newham is constrained on three sides and presents issues with overlooking and daylight, which are addressed through the building’s ziggerat form.

Providing 18 high-quality homes and a large external communal garden at street level, the project has been developed to respond sensitively to the domestic scale and materials of the area, whilst pushing mass and height to achieve the maximum numbers of residences.
