Appointed by Marcol Industrial Group LLP, DLG have been tasked with regenerating this quay side site in Poole that currently houses the locally infamous Poole Potteries.

Our proposals for the site consist of 72.no apartments in a 9 storey building that has taken its architectural influence and materiality from the quay building typologies.

The scheme also contains ground level retail / leisure use which is ideally suited for the prominent waterside location. Roof gardens and underground car parking are provided for residents of the apartments.

This scheme is currently being worked up to detail design stage using BIM.
