This existing building in a prominent location in central Manchester is being comprehensively refurbished to provide outstanding new hotel accommodation.

To be delivered for global brand Marriott, the building is being adapted for use as an extended-stay hotel format. Extensive works to the facade and floorplates will provide 155 new rooms, commercial space at ground floor and a valuable central atrium courtyard as an extension of the food & beverage offer.

Currently on site, the project will be completed in summer 2023.
