We are delighted to be a part of the Wellington Street scheme which last night received wonderful recognition for all of the hard work put in, lifting the award for ‘Deal of the Year’ at the CoStar Awards for 33 Wellington Street.
Conservation expertise has been a key part of our skills at DLG since the practice first started over 45 years ago and we are still passionate about maximising the special architectural and historical characteristics of each building we deal with.
DLG’s mixed-use scheme at Nottingham’s Clifton Triangle development saw the opening of a new Lidl store, with the Lord Mayor of Nottingham, Liaqat Ali and local councillors in attendance – as well as Robin Hood, and a Town Crier!
An exciting start to September - DLG's Platform Offices, for Bruntwood UK, have been shortlisted for two more awards – the ‘Architectural Design Award’ and the ‘Refurbishment Award’ in the INCA Awards 2018. We're looking forward to the event on Thursday 1st November at the Hilton Manchester.
We are delighted to be a finalist in the Building Awards 2018 for our off-site project at Ashville College. We really are thrilled this project is gaining recognition and that the benefits of modular construction – even on tricky sites linking existing structures – are being celebrated.

Ashville College Sports Centre has been shortlisted for the Offsite Construction award at the CExcellenceYH (Construction Excellence in Yorkshire and the Humber) Awards 2018. This makes Ashville Sports Centre a double Educational Building Award finalist!
Ashville Sports Centre has been shortlisted for the Education Project of the Year at the Explore Offsite Awards. The two storey modular building was assembled and completed during the summer school holidays, working within a tight time frame – but rendered perfectly to plan.
