Neil Swift, Associate Director,
Neil has worked at DLG architects for the last 15 years and has over 25 years of experienced delivering projects within the retail, office, healthcare and residential sectors.
Recent projects he has lead include The Majestic in Leeds, Morrison’s in Ilkeston, and Eastpoint district centre in Nottingham.
Neil is passionate about sustainable architecture and is keen to enthuse clients about the benefits of Passivhaus design, Cradle to Cradle use of materials and reducing embodied carbon. Neil is a Certified European Passive House Designer
and a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor, he has been instrumental in developing DLG’s environmental policy and internal management systems. Whilst not at work Neil enjoys football, growing and eating fine food and finalising the build of his family’s Passivhaus.
