USES HOMES, SHOPS, WORKSPACES AND PARKING

The proposal is to regenerate this idiosyncratic quarter of the historic central area, by reinstating the lost street pattern with modern development, alongside existing heritage buildings. A newly pedestrianised street will be lined by boutiques, restaurants and creative spaces at ground level, with residential above. A covered square forms the new focus for street life.
